To bid on SMX, you should Register and get activated as a user.
For Registration, log on to www.smxchange.com and click on “Register Now” link and fill-up the Registration Form online.
Submit the Filled-in Registration Form Online.
In case you require more users from the same company, please fill-up separate Registration Forms for each user.

Registration Approval Process |

Users who have submitted their Registration Form Online would receive an e-mail intimating about their Registration process.
Click on the URL provided in the e-mail to download the Filled-in Registration Form with your details, along with terms and conditions.
Print the downloaded Registration Form and get it Approved by authorized signatory of your Company.

SMX shall scrutinize the Registration form. Once approved, the user will receive confirmatory email (to the e-mail id that has been provided
during the Registration process) with login credentials on smxchange.com.

Activating the User Account |

After approval of Registration, the user will receive a confirmatory e-mail wherein an URL would be provided to activate user account, along with Login
credentials.
Click on the URL provided in the e-mail to activate your account. Activation is a one-time operation.
The user can change password or other information by clicking on "Edit Profile" after Logging on.
The user can now pariticipate in the Bids Online.

Participation in Bids |

Registered bidders shall Logon to the site, view the different media options and packages along with the Bid details such as Base Unit Price,
the details of the package and the Number of Units on Sale
Registered bidders will be able to enter their bid amount and/or choose the Number of Units and submit the bid
The Bid participants shall be notified through e-mails in the following situations:
When they bid for a package
When they are allotted the bid (fully or partially)

Issue of Release Order |

The allotted user will receive an e-mail intimation detailing on the packages allotted.
Within 3 days from confirmation of your bid allotment, formal Release Order along with schedules needs to be to sent to smxchange.com at the following
address:

The user has to quote Bid Reference Number in the Release Order. |
